on the third level of the Blue Coral building will be a new art gallery. The Castries Gallery of Modern Art will be the first dedicated art space in the city showing contemprary works by emergent and established local artists. The gallery forma part of the arts and entertainment level with a lounge bar and a 300 seat auditorium for theatre, performance arts and cinema. In adition to this level, a new floor is to be added above, housing the SkyGarden restaurant which will complete the arts and entertainment level of the blue coral building......
