Designed for the top of the Blue Coral building, the SkyGarden restaurant creates an escape above the city hustle - access via a lift takes one through the serenety of a rooftop bamboo garden to a new rooftop restaurant pavillion. In keeping with the environmentally aware design of the Blue Coral project, the new pavillion is constructed partly of recycled building elements from the original roof of the building. These elements give the pavillion a distinct urban note, and contrast with the sensual freeform sculptural elements of the bar and kitchen. Large scale art walls and subtle floor textures add to the sensual experience.
Diners can sit out in the Bamboo Garden under the stars, in the shade of the restaurant, or the balcony overlooking the city and harbour, creating a varied experienceon each visit...
