• Cutting through the existing first floor slab to create the openings for the new atrium - Above, the second floor opening is complete. Over the following months, the steel columns will be removed to create the new full height atrium

• The Blue coral project has started on site.
Main contractor Lawrence Associates has taken posession and the demolition works to various parts of the structure is underway...
