Illustrated project: The Landing on Rodney Bay

A multimillion dollar condominium and marina development on the Pigeon Point causeway in St. Lucia.

Overlooking Rodney Bay towards the point and the sunset, the landing will boast first class restaurant, gym and spa facilities amongst the amenities offered to residents.

The marina will have berths able to cater for megayachts with a break water to negate storm surge, and a gondola service to allow uninterupted access to the beach.

melon|design:architecture took the project from sketch concept through to masterplan and Planning Authority approval.
