Phase I of the Sunset Harbour project has been granted approval in principle. The contemporary Caribbean design of the project embraces luxury apartments, restaurants, bar, spa, boutique hotel and dock facilities.

Facing the water (and the sunset), all apartments will incorporate full height adjustable jalousie and sliding shutters to shade each space. The animated façade of the buildings will change during the day, through various degrees of transparency as the shutters are slid open to reveal large balconies and the view, or slid across to filter the sun, or for privacy.
The roof canopy incorporates a  brise-soleil shading the penthouse apartments, and the gently curved roofs of patinated green copper blend with the landscape behind. All apartments are designed to take advantage of the cooling breezes and sunlight, reducing the typical energy load of this type of building.

Phase I will comprise 52 luxury marina-front apartments.
